I'm a mum, Behavioural & Mental Health Consultant, and the founder of Pivot Wellbeing.

My background isn't just theory - it's over a decade of real-world experience: from adult and forensic psychiatric settings to consulting with clients across the globe, two postgraduate degrees in Psychology & Behaviour, plus dedicated psychology research through AUT & UoW. Now, I'm combining this deep expertise with a Master of Behaviour Analysis to create something crucial: a community equipped with the practical tools and proven knowledge you need to thrive.
